SARA EKMAN
Production Manager, Axjo Plastic
What is your job and how long have you worked for Axjo?
I am production manager and have been since February 2020. I started at Axjo in February 2019 as a project manager.
What’s the best thing about your job and your workplace?
The best thing are the colleagues and that two days never look the same. Every day has different types of challenges and opportunities that we try to solve together. I look forward to a completely new factory with new flows, new automation solutions and new premises that will be great! We will be able to focus on structure and correct working methods to get a really good production.

What is your job and how long have you worked for Axjo?
I am a production technician and work with production-related problems, solutions, and improvements. I have worked at Axjo for about 9 months.
What’s the best thing about your job and your workplace
The best part is that there is a lot to work with and great potential for improvement! Fun to work for a company that is not afraid of investments and challenges. And of course - I have good co-workers too.
