HELENE ALKLID
Quality and HR manager, Axjo Group

What do you work with and how long have you worked for Axjo
I work with quality and environmental system maintenance and I’m also part of the day-to-day quality assurance process of monitoring production and issuing reports. I also work as HR manager, which involves working with and developing HR and managing HR-related projects. Over the years I have been employed by two companies that have become the Axjo as we know it today.

What's the best about your job and your workplace?
The best thing about working here is being part of the enormous development that is taking place, and which has been the case for a number of years. I also have the privilege of being part of many different projects, which makes the job very exciting and challenging.

Three quick questions:

1. Book or movie? Movie, because it’s the perfect way to relax and ease the stress!
2. Coffee or tea? Coffee, because it’s so much better!
3. Skiing holiday or sunny holiday? Holiday in the sun because I’m almost always cold!

JACOB NILSSON
CEO, Axjo Group

What do you work with and how long have you worked for Axjo?
As CEO you are a “jack of all trades” who needs to help where help is needed! I have worked at Axjo for 16 years, and I have been CEO for almost 12 years.

What's the best about your job and your workplace?
The best part is that I get to work with something I’m passionate about. No two days are the same, and there is always something to develop and improve.

Three  quick questions:

1. Book or movie? I’ll skip this one! I like to hang out and talk. Movies and books are not my thing.
2. Coffee or tea? Coffee, it has become a bad habit. Tea is ok too.
3. Skiing holiday or sunny holiday? Skiing holiday! It’s fun to be outside with the kids when there is something going on!
