Axjo America 2025 – A Year of Adaptation, Progress and Positioning for Growth

2025 was a year marked by shifting market conditions for Axjo America, yet one that clearly demonstrated resilience, operational progress, and strategic focus. A strong start with record sales in the first quarter was followed by a market slowdown in the second quarter. As the year progressed, performance improved during the second half, supported by new product introductions and new customer acquisitions, while core market demand remained subdued.

Despite these challenges, Axjo America delivered a solid overall performance and enters 2026 well positioned for continued growth.

STRENGTHENING OPERATIONS AND COMMERCIAL CAPABILITY

A key achievement during the year was the successful reduction of material costs, driven by improvements to the recycling line and increased NGR output. These actions strengthened our cost position and reinforced our commitment to efficient and sustainable operations.

Commercial capabilities were further enhanced through targeted investments in the organization. The addition of Le Orr as Account Manager for the Western U.S. (Texas) expanded our market reach, while internal capabilities were strengthened by appointing Anthony Vanoy to the role of Product Manager, sharpening our focus on product-driven growth.

At the same time, we continued to prepare for the next phase of expansion, making steady progress toward the startup of production operations at our Haltom City, Texas facility, planned for early 2026.

DRIVING DEVELOPMENT AND ADDRESSING CHALLENGES

Product development advanced throughout the year, with continued progress on large reels for the U.S. copper and fiber markets. To improve speed-to-market and resource efficiency, a more disciplined and structured project prioritization process was implemented.

The year also highlighted key challenges, including speed-to-market, limited sales capacity, and labor availability. These were actively addressed through process improvements, selective expansion of the sales organization, and strengthened workforce planning and recruiting efforts, laying a stronger foundation for future execution.

LOOKING AHEAD WITH CONFIDENCE

As we move into 2026, our priorities are clear: further scaling our sales efforts, successfully executing the Texas startup while maintaining strong performance in Conover, and accelerating growth through differentiated products tailored to key U.S. markets.

The actions taken during 2025 have strengthened Axjo America’s cost structure, expanded capacity options, and positioned the business for sustainable, long-term growth.  I would like to thank our employees, customers, and suppliers for your continued support and confidence throughout the year.

Wishing everyone a safe, healthy, and successful 2026!
