2025 proved to be a demanding year, but also one that clearly demonstrated resilience and long-term strength. While the anticipated market recovery in the EU was postponed, the company continued to grow, driven by new customers and new projects. Overall, we are proud of our performance and enter 2026 with confidence and determination.
Throughout the year, we focused strongly on preparing for future PPWR requirements and already comply with several upcoming directives, reinforcing our position as a reliable, long-term partner. We are also among the first to have our system approved as a market-driven return system, enabling customers to significantly reduce their packaging fees.
The year also brought unexpected challenges related to global trade barriers. Here, our strategy of producing locally on each continent has proven successful, even as we move through a major expansion phase in the United States. Internally, we have strengthened our organization by integrating recycling more closely into our core operations and sales processes, while accelerating project flows to bring new products to market faster.
Growth became a clear focus during the second half of the year. Increasing demand for traceable and sustainable alternatives to plywood, combined with innovative product solutions, continues to drive momentum. Our new production facility in Gislaved is now fully operational, with its full volume impact expected in early 2026.
Sustainability remains a key priority. By combining innovation with responsibility, we support our customers in staying ahead in modern packaging solutions.
As we close the year, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to our customers, suppliers, and partners for a strong and collaborative 2025.
Wishing everyone a successful, healthy, and inspiring 2026!
