With a solid background in the recycling industry, Carter brings 15 years of expertise from Padnos, a recycling company based in Wyoming MI, serving industrial businesses in automotive, furniture, and packaging manufacturing. In his previous role as a Plastic Procurement Liaison, he created comprehensive recycling programs and ensured that customers were well-informed about sorting techniques and quality standards, facilitating clean material deliveries for improved sales forecasts. His diverse roles at Padnos, ranging from a laboratory technician to customer management, have finely honed his skills for his new journey with Axjo America.
He joined Axjo America on October 9th, 2023, as a raw material sourcing specialist. His primary focus is to support the material supply for our spools. As we shift focus from purchasing recycled regrind materials to raw materials, his role involves sourcing specific materials that meet our specifications. Through innovative identification methods, he's searching for a diverse array of materials to blend into our finished products. Building reliable customer relationships, exploring ongoing material streams, guiding operations, and aligning purchases with our goals are key components of his work. His goal is to exceed expectations as we expand product lines and increase our purchases of recycled materials, contributing to the vibrant Axjo community and its ongoing success.
