“The Production Department is where everything begins,” he explains. “We’re responsible for making sure that every product is produced safely, efficiently, and according to exact specifications.

Among his daily responsibilities are assigning production staff to different work areas, coordinating resources, and ensuring that every finished product is perfectly wrapped, labeled, and ready for storage. “It’s all about teamwork and flow,” he says. “When the team works well together, everything else falls into place.”

From Machine Operator to Team Leader

Rafael’s journey at Axjo began five years ago when he joined the company as a Machine Operator. Through dedication, strong performance, and a genuine passion for his work, he soon caught the company’s attention and was given the opportunity to advance into a leadership position.
