What is Axjo Academy?

Axjo Academy is a one-year, personalized development program that combines theoretical courses—in partnership with leading universities and training centers—with hands-on projects. Each participant is assigned practical tasks, and participants complete at least one project at one of our international locations.

A Path to Success 

With the guidance of a dedicated mentor, participants explore different areas of the Axjo Group, gaining the skills and confidence to reach their potential and grow both personally and professionally.

 

Our past Academy programs have focused on areas such as sales, R&D, IT, and technical departments. Every Academy graduate to date has secured a permanent position within Axjo after completing the program!
