When you meet Le Orr, you immediately sense his energy, professionalism and genuine drive to build meaningful connections. With a solid background in sales and a strong curiosity for innovation, Le brings both experience and enthusiasm to his new role, leading the expansion in Texas.




A STRONG FOUNDATION IN SALES AND SERVICE


Before joining the company, Le built a successful career as a sales professional in the lumber industry, specializing in pallet, crating and packaging solutions. This experience gave him a deep understanding of customer needs and the importance of delivering reliable, high-quality solutions.

“I’ve always enjoyed working closely with customers to create tailored solutions,” Le explains. “It’s about listening, learning and finding the best possible outcome for everyone involved.”


After connecting with some of the company leaders Tim and Jason, Le was inspired by the company’s story, innovative mindset and commitment to sustainability. The opportunity to help establish and grow the company’s presence in the U.S. market was one he couldn’t resist.

 



BUILDING THE TEXAS OPERATION


Today, Le plays a key role in developing and expanding the company’s operations at the new facility in Haltom City, Texas. His focus is on identifying and building new business opportunities while introducing customers to the company’s advanced and sustainable spool and reel solutions.

Le is dedicated to strengthening relationships with both new and existing customers across the region, ensuring they receive the same high level of quality and innovation that the company is known for globally. With a hands-on approach and a strong focus on customer collaboration, he aims to establish the Texas facility as a leading hub for growth and service excellence.




INNOVATION AND CUSTOMER VALUE


Le is particularly passionate about showcasing the company’s spool and reel products as innovative alternatives to traditional wooden and plywood solutions. By helping customers transition to smarter, more efficient and sustainable options, he sees great potential for growth in the U.S. market.
