Axjo launches Sweden´s first market-driven return system for cable reels

We at Axjo are proud to announce that our return system for cable reels has now been approved by the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency, the first market-driven system of its kind in Sweden. The approval confirms that the solution meets all requirements of the Swedish Packaging Ordinance and the EU’s new PPWR regulation. Most importantly, it brings a range of benefits to our customers:

This means:

→ Customers are exempt from producer responsibility fees
→ Significant reuse of cable reels, reducing waste and CO₂ emissions
→ Axjo takes full responsibility for the return flow, simpler, cheaper, and more sustainable
