About us
His role will be as varied as it is exciting. One day he is leading small projects from the idea stage all the way to a finished product or solution, the next he is designing robotic grippers and other technical components to support the company’s automation. He is also there as a helping hand for his colleagues, ready to step in wherever needed.
"I like being all-round and contributing wherever I can," he says with a smile.
Behind his journey into R&D is Axjo Academy, the company’s own one-year personalized development program that combines theoretical courses in partnership with leading universities and training centers with hands-on projects. Each participant is assigned practical tasks and completes at least one project at one of our international locations.
The program offers participants the opportunity to work closely with experienced colleagues while deepening their knowledge in their chosen department.
Axjo Academy is built on the company’s core philosophy of Zero Waste of Talent, the belief that every individual’s skills, creativity, and potential should be fully utilized and developed. For him, that means gaining hands-on experience in SolidWorks, deepening his understanding of tools and machines, and learning the entire production chain from idea to finished product
Expectations are high, but above all, there is genuine excitement about the journey ahead.
"It’s going to be great fun to develop and learn from the best. I want to take with me both technical skills and a broader perspective on how the entire business works," he says.
With his combination of curiosity, dedication, and willingness to contribute, it is clear that he will quickly become an important part of the R&D team and perhaps even inspire others to take the leap into Axjo Academy, where Zero Waste of Talent is more than a slogan, it is a way of working.
