Before Axjo, Chris had an impressive career at HNI, with a significant period spent at HSM Solutions. During his years there, his focus was on manufacturing parts for the furniture, bedding, and transportation industries. With over 20 years of experience, Chris held several key positions such as Regional Quality Manager, Project Manager, Administrative Manager, and Plant Manager. Each role has provided him with a deeper understanding of best business practices and has strengthened his expertise.
It has been a year since Chris became part of the Axjo family. In the role of Director of Manufacturing Services, he leads our quality, safety, and continuous improvement programs while supporting daily production needs. His focus is on encouraging team participation in daily process improvements and supporting the reduction of waste in our processes. This work is of utmost importance to ensure Axjo's profitability and create potential for future growth.
